An amazing yoga studio in soho. I did their 3 week trial pass and went to so many amazing sessions. I would love to continue going here and their Himalayan salt rock wall is incredible. Their instructors are top notch too, this is exactly the kind of place I was looking for in the city to practice and improve!
Sui Yoga is officially my favorite Hot yoga studio in NYC. The studio itself is clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, and the atmosphere is super warm and welcoming.
Luna is an exceptional teacher who clearly has a deep passion for yoga and a wealth of knowledge to share. Her guidance throughout the class was both supportive and challenging, and she created a safe space for us to explore our bodies and our practice.
The heat is usually intense but manageable, and the classes sequencing is creative and well-balanced, with a perfect blend of strength-building poses and deep stretches. I love that there is a variety of classes lore and less intense. I always leave feeling energized, refreshed, and deeply relaxed.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the practice, you'll find a supportive and inspiring community at this studio, and Luna's classes are not to be missed.❤️
The sensory factor alone gets 5 stars before I even get into how wonderful the entire experience was. Warm check in, wonderful quality mats for rent ($2). The Salt room was wonderful, and the heated yoga was great temp for me and not unbearably hot. Enjoyed the teacher’s instruction. The cafe is adorable too. Sage is burning everywhere, and they have great products, events and facilities.
Just took Sunmoon with Ozzy. Class was fiery when needed; they were cool and lunar at the end. I was allowed to modify and blocks were encouraged. I felt safe and supported and FREE! Ozzy is warm and welcoming and made me feel at home. I can hear her voice “breath is life.” Very Reassuring to feel that type of nourishing comfort. I enjoyed the heat and I very much appreciate the no cell phone policy at Sui. (I also go to Equinox but will almost avoid classes there sometimes because they let cell phones and chatter and I just find it too gym-y for my taste.) Anyway, thank you Ozzy.
First time today. Took the Sui Flow class in the morning. The studio is beautiful, spacious, and clean. You can rent a mat and towel for $2 each, which is reasonable, but they let first comers use them for free. The class was a bit challenging, probably because it was my very first time taking this class, but I felt great afterwards, nonetheless!! Would love to come again :D
This was a wonderful experience all around. Friendly welcome, excellent instructor (Sarah O), clean studio/locker room and positive vibes throughout. Sui Sun Moon class was amazing and will definitely be coming back to this beautiful space to try other classes.
This is a beautiful studio! I am here from out of town and was able to rent a mat and towels as well as purchase water. The yoga rooms create a serene ambiance. The instructor Britney led the class with ease and confidence. I especially liked the pace of the Sui Soul class. I will definitely be back.
I had such a wonderful experience taking Karina's class! I always have an amazing experience at Sui yoga, and I appreciate how different, but high quality each instructor is. Karina really knows how to read the room and evaluate and assess the energy and posture accordingly. One thing that really stood out to me about Karina, was when I came into the studio (10 minutes before class) in a bit of a panic hoping I settle in properly/in time, and she gave such a calm energy in response that it set the tune for me in the class. Along with that, she reminded the humans in the space to be respectful and mindful towards creating a harmonious energy in the room. Her instruction of flow was smooth and really allowed me to be present in my practice. 10/10 oer usual at Sui Yoga!
